MEVA GLOBAL CERTIFICATION TRAINING SOFTWARE TEST AND CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY operates in the field of greenhouse gas verification under the scope of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17029 standard.
We affirm that we maintain an equal distance from all relevant parties and do not favor any particular side. Under all circumstances, we commit to acting impartially, independently, and equitably toward all parties.
We declare that Meva Global partners will not provide verification services to any entities with which they have direct or indirect affiliations or partnerships.
Together with all our employees, we ensure that we do not engage in any commercial, financial, administrative, or other activities that could negatively impact the appropriateness of verification activities, compromise the independence and impartiality of verification decisions and results, or undermine our objectivity.
Our management organization, system, and financial management have been designed and implemented to ensure and continuously uphold the impartiality of our verification activities and all other operations.
We understand the importance of impartiality in verification activities and proactively analyze all potential conflicts of interest to manage them effectively. We take the necessary precautions for any potential conflicts of interest, continuously update these analyses, review them in an impartial and periodic manner, and conduct all our activities in accordance with the results to ensure the objectivity of our verification processes.
Before commencing any verification activity, we review all potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict of interest is identified, we guarantee that no verification services will be provided under any circumstances.
We ensure that our employees conduct their activities free from any financial or other conflicts of interest and take all necessary measures to maintain the objectivity of their decisions. Our decisions are based solely on objective evidence of compliance (or non-compliance) and are not influenced by any external stakeholders or third parties.
We obtain a commitment from all verification team members before each verification activity, ensuring that they have no commercial or other relationships with clients that could create a conflict of interest. We guarantee this commitment before assigning them to any verification tasks.
We ensure that independent reviewers are different from the verification personnel and that those making verification decisions are separate from the assessment team. Before making any verification decisions, we obtain a commitment from decision-makers that they have no commercial or other relationships with clients that could create a conflict of interest.
We confirm that all verification team members’ decisions are not linked to financial gains they may receive.
To prevent any conflict of interest that could compromise our impartiality, we ensure that Meva Global, its legal entity, any unit under its organizational control, or any full-time employees do not engage in consultancy activities. Additionally, we take all necessary measures to ensure that external audit team members involved in consultancy do not affect the impartiality of our verification services.
We do not recommend or provide internal audit services to our clients.
All of the above commitments are guaranteed through our company policy, procedures, committees, approach, working principles, values, impartiality analyses, contracts, and this document.
